In my role at Infor, I had the privilege of leading a team of UX/UI designers within the innovative space of Hook & Loop, a conceptual think tank. Here, we were tasked with crafting tailored solutions for clients through collaborative workshops and the development of unique UI designs for existing Infor products. As team leader, I successfully grew and managed a team of designers, ensuring that our efforts remained aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. 

One of the significant contributions during my tenure was the creation of the Infor Design System, known as SoHo. SoHo was developed to standardize UI design across all Infor products, with a focus on enhancing user experience, leveraging data science, and seamlessly integrating with existing systems. Through the development of assets, components, and guidelines, SoHo facilitated consistent design implementation and significantly increased productivity and user satisfaction across Infor's product suite.

The impact of these initiatives was profound. SoHo quickly became the standard design language used across all Infor products, providing teams with a unified framework that streamlined the design process and accelerated the deployment of new features and updates. Both internally and externally, our efforts were met with positive feedback, underscoring the clarity and efficiency of the design system and reinforcing its role in enhancing the overall user experience.
